How to Export a PDF Report

The PDF Health Summary is designed to help users organize information before a healthcare appointment.

Planned steps

1. Open Trailstone.
2. Open the menu and choose PDF Report.
3. Select a date range, such as 7, 30, or 90 days.
4. Choose which sections to include, such as pain, well-being, sleep, symptoms, medications, treatments, events, and notes.
5. Review the report and export the PDF.
6. Share the PDF only with people you choose, such as a healthcare provider.
